    Himadri Speciality Chemical has announced the acquisition of Elixir Carbo for ₹7.5 crore to strengthen its coal tar business. In addition, the company reported a 38% year-on-year rise in Q4 net profit, reaching ₹158 crore, supported by record-high EBITDA.
